PAYMENT

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Invoices are due according to the terms provided on each invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel services at any time. No long-term contracts are required. Refunds for prepaid services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OConnell I.T. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
